PlastSistem has developed a system of new conception for the control of presses, with detail attention to the energetic saving. It is adaptable on every type of machines. This new system is in two versions:

A - It completes:

it comprises the installation of a new electronic equipment and the personalized software, in substitution of the pre-exist control system .

B – Reduced:

installation of programmable speed regulating gears on the motors of the pumps and relative electronic system of control.

This last version is particularly adaptable on machines with electronics already evolven (with Video).

From reliefs carried out during the tests, has been estimated a variable energetic saving from 25% to 40% dependent of total cycle.

Maintenance:

We propose pre-emptive maintenance contracts that they preview: controls periodicals on the machinery, with activity of verification of the safety, substitution filters and control of the efficiency of the idraulic system, calibrations.

Used:

We have the availability of used machines.

Transfer:

Transfer machinery in all world. Our procedure previews: Initial verification of the state and the operation of the machines and the equipments, preparation for the transport with eventual search of the conveyor, reception of the material and control of the conditions in the site of acceptance, assembly, test and putting in service of the systems.
