following the assistance activity on Sandretto plastic injection molding presses, we found a solution for our customers with S9/MTesd and S9/MHC presses equipped with PLC Automata and SIEI or KEB inverters.

These customers found themselves with the problem of not being able to replace the non-functioning and non-repairable ones, with the new inverters, see the new KEB F6 range, not having the CAN system to connect to the press PLC, and with the F5s out of production.

The solution to the problem is to replace the electronics on the press with a huge outlay of money, or to give up the press.

Our solution instead is to install our converter dedicated to these Sandretto presses, where it activates the CanOpen communication with the press and converts the signals into analog-digital, allowing the customer to be able to replace the SIEI or KEB press inverter with any one, without being tied to a single manufacturer.

Furthermore, our solution allows, for example, on a MTesd press equipped with three inverters, to install three converters, one for each inverter and continue to use the inverters already present on the press, disabling the CAN communication on the inverter, or replace them one at a time as they present problems and are not repairable.
