......................................................Requirements
for the inverter on Sandretto machine
.........................................................................Anological-Digital
inverter signals
The inverter to be connected to the CanOpen-Analog converter must
have the following
Input/Output.
Digital Input:
1. Enabling Inverter (Enable inverter power)
2. Motor rotation consent (signal together at the analogic
command)
3. Speed limit (reduce the speed motor)
4. Inverter fault reset (input reset inverter allarm)
Digital output:
1. Inverter ready (out with inverter enabled)
2. Motor in rotation(n>0)
3. Fault inverter
4. Deactivated motor (safety circuit)
Analogic input (0-10 volt)
2. Set speed
3. Set torque
Analogic output (0-10 volt)
5. Real rotation speed
6. Real rotation torque
Pay attention to the size of the inverter based on the power of the
motor to be driven,
and the type of encoder equipped on the motor for reading the
rotation speed
Make sure the dimensions of the inverter are suitable for the space
available in the
electrical equipment of the machine, according to the
manufacturer's specifications.
Seqens Analogic-Digital signal
Inverter turn on:
OUT disactivaed motor = ON
ALL IN/OUT= OFF
With motor on and Gate closed:
In enabling inverter =ON
Out disactivated motor=OFF
Out Inverter ready=ON
Out motor in rotation =OFF
With comman set of speed :
In analogic set speed= 0-10 volt
In consent rotation motor=ON
Out Motor in rotation=ON
Out analogic real speed=0-10volt
Out analogic real torque=0-10volt
